We, Beloved Baby emphasizes on our pride in making sure we provide 100% satisfaction guarantee to our respective customers. If there is any reason that happened to displease your purchases from us, we advise you to alert us immediately within 3 respective days. We, Beloved Baby, habitude the “3 Days Return” and "Refund with 10% restocking fee charge" policies.
Return & Exchange Policies
1. Returning behest should be informed through email within 3 respective days after your purchased order was delivered to you. No return request will be entertained after the 3 days.
2. All items must be returned in their good and original shape, which means in an unused condition and in its original packaging.
3. If there isn’t any deficiency issues committed, the return or replacement for the shipping fees would be in the customer’s expenses. However, if there are deficiency issues committed, we would help customer to proceed with warranty claim or replace the damaged item (subject to the manufacturers' approval), and we will also inform you that the returning procedure has been ensued.
4. If deficiency were committed beyond our knowledge or control; for an example the damaged were caused by the delivery companies, we will not bear full responsibility.
5. If wrong items are sent out by us, we will replace the wrong items at our cost as well.
Return & Exchange for Quality Issues
Return requests on deficiency issues from customers are advised to send pictures of the spotted damages to us, so that we could certify that the product does contains deficiency. These pictures shall be referred for any further correspondence to this return. Once we have certify that particular item contain damages, we will issue Product Return Confirmation email and the item must return to us within 7 days from the date of Product Return Confirmation. Please be informed that no refund will be given for return due to quality issues such as manufacturing defect but we will help customers to proceed with warranty claim from respective supplier. We will also make sure that the customers are informed that the returning procedures have been ensued.
Return & Refund for Non-Quality Issues
For return and refund requests on non-quality issues such as do not like the actual product, actual product is not up to expectation, etc., customers are advised to send email to us within 3 days upon receiving the items. No refund request will be entertained after the 3 days period. Once we have agreed to accept the return of the particular items , we will issue Product Return Confirmation email and the item must reach us within 7 days from the date of Product Return Confirmation to eligible for refund with following conditions apply:-
1. We will deduct a 10% restocking fee for the item returned.
2. Shipping charge is not refundable. We will deduct the shipping charge from your refund if your items are shipped with free shipping.
3. For customers who make payment via cash deposit, cheque deposit or online transfer, the balance will be refunded to bank account provided by customers.
4. As partial refund is unable to be performed by payment gateway appointed by us, customers who make payment via credit card will have to pay us the 10% restocking fee and shipping charge first and we will inform the appointed payment gateway company to refund the full amount of your purchase to your card. Alternatively, you may consider accepting Beloved Baby cash voucher for the balance to be refunded (after deducting the restocking fee and shipping charge) for future purchase.
How to Return or Exchange Products
Customers who wished to return or exchange products should follow these simple steps.
- Firstly, email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 respective days after your purchased order was delivered to you.
- Secondly, please provide your information in the email:
a) Full name, Contact no. and Address
b) Order receipt number and the date the order was received
c) The list of items to be returned/ exchanged and photo of the items
d) Provide us convincible reasons of why you would like to return your item to us.
- Upon your return request, we will revert to you as soon as possible with Product Return Confirmation email.
- Please ship/send back the items you wished to be returned to us in a good condition; which means the item is still in an unused condition and in its original packaging; within 7 days from the Product Return Confirmation email. If these conditions are not fulfilled, request of returning are to be rejected (This is an important rule to customers who are returning the item).
- Please email us the tracking number of your shipment.
- As soon as we receive your return package, we will immediately proceed on processing your exchange items/ replacement items or warranty claim and you will be informed through email with the progress until the new items reach to your doorstep. As for refund, once we have verified that the items received are in good condition, we will immediately proceed on processing your refund.
Customers are required to take notes on these particular rules.
- The return, exchange and replacement expenses shall be bear by the customer itself, except for wrong items were delivered where the expenses for the return and replacement items will be bear by us, Beloved Baby.
- If customers failed to fulfil the conditions in ensuring the items to be returned by the customer to us are in a good condition, request of returning are to be rejected at all costs.
- If the returning request were based on deficiency issues, please send us pictures of the spotted damages for us to certify that the item was certainly containing deficiency issues. These pictures shall be referred for any further correspondence to this return as well.
